I offer online CBT sessions to adults across the UK via secure video call, allowing you to access therapy in a safe, confidential, and convenient way, without the need to travel.

Many people find online therapy just as effective as face-to-face sessions, with the added comfort of being in familiar surroundings. Research also shows that online CBT can be equally effective as in-person therapy for many common mental health difficulties.

How online CBT works

Sessions take place over a secure video platform (Konfidens).

All you need is:

  • A quiet, private space

  • A phone, tablet, or laptop

  • A stable internet connection

Sessions are usually 50 minutes long and work in much the same way as in-person therapy. We will talk through what you’re experiencing, explore the patterns that may be keeping difficulties going, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.

CBT is collaborative and structured, which makes it especially well suited to online therapy. Between sessions, you may also have exercises, reflections, or tools to practise in everyday life.
