Therapy That Feels like a Friendly Chat

Hi, I’m Celine!

I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with 10 years’ experience working within the NHS. I specialise in supporting adults experiencing social anxiety and low self-esteem, with a focus on providing evidence-based care. I am known for my down-to-earth, friendly approach.

My work is informed by both clinical training and an understanding of how life experiences can shape patterns of thinking, emotion, and behaviour. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who find it difficult to speak up, feel confident, or feel at ease in social situations, including those adjusting to new environments or cultures.

I also bring a personal understanding of navigating change and new environments, having grown up across cultures and moved cities during my life. I know how social anxiety and low self-esteem can develop when there’s a strong fear of judgement, imposter syndrome, and what it takes to rebuild confidence in social situations.

Over time, I have supported many people in making sense of the factors that maintain their anxiety anxiety, and in developing practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change. Through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), you will be supported to understand unhelpful patterns, gradually face challenges, and build confidence in a structured and manageable way.

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in compassion. Therapy is tailored to each individual, creating a supportive and non-judgemental space where difficulties can be explored at a comfortable pace.

Whether you are looking to feel more confident, more connected, or more at ease in yourself, the aim is to support you in building the skills and understanding needed to move forward.
