CBT is a practical, down-to-earth type of therapy that helps you make sense of how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours all connect.
Instead of just talking about problems, we focus on giving you tools and strategies you can actually use in everyday life, especially for things like anxiety, low mood, stress, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns.
-
CBT can support you with a wide range of difficulties, including:
Anxiety and panic
Depression and low mood
Stress and burnout
Phobias
OCD
Sleep problems
Low self-esteem
Social Anxiety
Body Image Concerns
PTSD & Trauma
Not sure if it’s right for you? That’s completely okay—feel free to get in touch and we can talk it through.

This really depends on you and what you’re looking for.

The only exceptions are very rare situations where there’s a serious risk of harm, in line with professional guidelines.
-
Yes, it can be just as effective for many people.
What really matters is feeling comfortable, building a good connection, and showing up consistently- whether that’s online or in person.
-
Nothing fancy, just:
A stable internet connection
A quiet, private space
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera
That’s it!
-
That’s completely normal. Most people feel this way at first.
The initial call is a gentle way to dip your toe in. No pressure, just a conversation to see how it feels.
-
I take a collaborative, supportive, curious and practical approach.
That means we work together. Not me telling you what to do - we will focus on helping you build tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
-
Often, yes - but nothing scary!
CBT works best when you’re able to try things out between sessions, so I’ll usually suggest simple, practical exercises to help you build on what we’ve discussed.
We’ll always agree on what feels manageable for you, and it’s very much a collaborative process. It’s not a test or something to get “right.”
-
I ask for 24 hours’ notice for online sessions and 48 hours’ notice for in-person sessions.
Cancellations made after this period will be charged the normal session rate.
-
Yes! Iff availability allows, you can switch between the two depending on what works best for you.
-
This depends on current availability, but I aim to offer appointments as soon as possible.
Just get in touch and I’ll let you know the next available slot.
